Technicians from the institute are trained in the different skills needed, including Preventions risk, laboratory management, and basic knowledge of analytical techniques.
The administration staff is trained in issues related with: ergonomics, health and security, Horizon Europe, Innovation management, organization skills, Human Resources management and emotional intelligence in organization. These courses are offered by different sections and institutions within the University.
