INAM organized the Research Workshop for Young Researchers “Fundamental Processes in Perovskite and Thin Film Solar Cells” (EMTECH III) Sevilla, on the 2nd and 3rd of October 2017.
This workshop was developed within the framework of the Excellence Network project "Red de Tecnologías Fotovoltaicas Emergentes" financed by MINECO
The workshop topics were the latest developments of thin-film solar cells, especially perovskite hybrid metal-organic but also related concepts, with special emphasis on the fundamental understanding of those optical and electronic processes (absorption, photonics, selective contacts, electronic and ionic transport, recombination, hysteresis, etc.) that determine its operation, efficiency and stability. .
The goal was to integrate different areas of research, and facilitate the participation of young researchers, who attended lectures developed by leading experts, and also presented their own achievements, and establish numerous partnerships.
