Bio and Research Interests:
Clara Aranda Alonso, graduated in Chemistry in 2009 in Seville. In 2010 she got a research grant to work in the Analytical Technologies Department in the Centre of Basic Research of Lilly, S.A, She was involved in the purification process of chiral mixtures from medical chemistry, using supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) and high resolution liquid chromatography (HPLC). She received her Master´s Degree in Advanced Biotechnology (2011) in the Universidad de Málaga and start to work as a researcher in the Organic Chemistry Department of Universidad de Sevilla (2012), focusing the field of research in the bio-materials development. In 2015 she moved to the Universitat Jaume I (Castellón-Spain) as a PhD student - researcher and she started a research project related to the use of perovskites solar cells. The current interest of her thesis is the photoelectrochemical generation of hydrogen as fuel with high Voc semiconductor materials based in perovskite structure.
