Bio and Research Interests:
Nuria Vicente (BSc degree in Chemical Engineer in 2011, award in best Academic Results for the Cátedra Agustín Escardino de Tecnología Cerámica, from the Universitat Jaume I, Castellón) worked in UJI's spinn off, Medco, where she collaborated from 2010 to 2012 and developed her Final Degree Project "Evaluation the anticorrosive protection of any coating system, correlating saline mist data (UNE-EN-ISO 9227) and electrochemical ACET data (UNE 48315)". In 2012, she finished M Sc in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering, and received a research fellow about "Synthesis and properties of oxynitride glasses and glass-ceramics with luminescent properties" in Institut de Tecnologia Ceràmica (ITC), Universitat Jaume I.
From 2013, she is a member of DFO group. In 2014, she received scholarship for Master Studies from Banco Santander to study M Sc Applied Physics (2014) and in 2016 she has received a PhD fellow from Universitat Jaume I to develop research activity on materials for storage energy under the supervision of Prof. Germà Garcia-Belmonte.
