The V Spanish Conference on Biocatalysis (V Jornadas Españolas de Biocatálisis, JEB’26) represents the fifth edition of a series of international meetings focused on biocatalysis. This edition, organized by BioComp group of Universitat Jaume I, offers a multidisciplinary forum for exchange, collaboration, and training, with special emphasis on building an active network of young researchers in this strategic field. The conference aims to unite researchers from academia and industry who are dedicated to the development, characterization, and application of biocatalysts. Set within a dynamic scientific environment, it fosters the exchange of ideas and the creation of meaningful synergies.
