
Dr. Marcileia Zanatta has been awarded with Marie Curie fellowship to join INAM working with Dr. Victor Sans research group.
Marcileia received her BSc degree in Industrial Chemistry from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM, Brazil) in 2012. Later, she graduated an MSc (2014) and a PhD (2017) in Chemistry at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS, Brazil) under the supervision of Prof. Jairton Dupont and co-supervision of Prof. Francisco P. dos Santos.
In 2014, she undertook a research stay at POLYMAT (Spain) and ITBQ (UNL, Portugal) in a project related to preparation of polyionic liquid membranes for gas permeability thanks to a Marie Curie action program. Between 2017 and 2018 she worked as Postdoctoral Research in Material Science and Chemistry at UFRGS (2017-2018) and also work as temporary assistant professor in the same University. From 2019 she works at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa as a post-doctoral research associate under the supervision of Prof. Eurico Cabrita and Dr. Marta Corvo.
