Early stage training is fundamental to transmit interest in science and technology to youngsters.
INAM participates as mentor in a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme from EU in which Eurofue-UJI is a partner (E-STEAM ERASMUS project - Equality in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics). The mentors provide guidance and support to young females and encourages those interested in Science and Technology to continue with this idea, by sharing them their own personal testimony, allowing to show the reality of the labor market.
Women from the institute (IP, PhD students and postdocs) participate in the International Day of Women and Girls in Science giving talks and seminars at Schools and High Schools across Comunidad Valenciana.
