INAM considers Postdoctoral training essential to develop future research leaders in forefront science. INAM supports Postdoctoral fellows to enhance their research skills in a resource-rich multidisciplinary scientific environment. Multidisciplinarity and internationalization is prioritized in our postdoctoral training scheme.

The Postdoctoral training plan provides a dual mentoring plan to capitalize the synergies emerging at the borders of overlapping scientific fields of the different research teams. This approach involves transferring theoretical and practical know-how and techniques to a novel research context.

Postdoctoral Researchers at INAM are welcome to attend workshops and seminars on specific issues relevant to the strategic research lines at the institute.
Complementary courses: Impedance Spectroscopy School, Safety and Prevention Course (organized by INAM); Prevention and Risk Course (organized by UJI); Advanced courses on analytical techniques (GC, HPLC, etc) organized by companies.

Postdoctoral Researchers interested in academia and teaching will be encourage to enrol in the courses on teaching skills organized by The Education Training and Innovation Unit (UFIE).
