INAM is pleased to announce the incorporation of a new research group GID, Green Investigation & Development Research Group led by Prof. Rosario Vidal.

GID - Green Investigation & Development is a research group of INAM t Pioneers in topics related to ecodesign and environmental assessment of products using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology. They work in practically all sectors: furniture, water, food, plastics, plastics, energy, transport, construction, metal, waste, toys, nanotechnology, etc., focusing on creative and highly scientific solutions that will allow us to improve environmental assessment processes and thus propose truly sustainable alternatives. For example, they created tools to facilitate green public procurement, improved methodologies for calculating environmental impacts in the categories of pollution and human toxicity, developed specific techniques for measuring circularity, etc.

Many of their researchers have been carried out in the early stages of emerging technologies, involving a wide range of interdisciplinary contexts such as industrial scale and simulations, scenario analyses, contaminant propagation models, chemical synthesis, probabilistic models and multicriteria decision-making techniques.
