Thursday, June 16, 2022 - 09:30El jueves, 16 de junio a las 9.30 horas, Espaitec, Parc Científic i Tecnològic de la Universitat Jaume I de Castelló, organiza la jornada «Desafíos de la descarbonización en el sector cerámico» dentro del programa de innovación abierta Innotransfer, donde se analizarán cuáles son los principales retos de la descarbonización a los que se enfrenta el sector cerámico como gran demandante de energía y se presentarán propuestas centradas en la mejora la eficiencia energética y el camino hacia la descarbonización. Durante la jornada participarán Eliseo Monfort, miembro del Comité Estratégico de Innovación Especializado en Descarbonización de la AVI; Victoria Zaera, responsable del Área de Medio Ambiente y Sostenibilidad de ASCER; Ana Mezquita, investigadora del ITC-AICE; Francisco Fabregat, investigador en el Grupo de Energía y Materiales Avanzados (GAME) del INAM en la UJI; Eva Barea; investigadora del Grupo de Semiconductores Avanzados (GAS) del INAM en la UJI; Gonzalo Abellán, investigador distinguido de la Universitat de València y fundador de 2D-Match S.L, y Carolina Clausell, profesora de la UJI y colaboradora de la empresa Gestión de Ecosistemas Agrícolas (GEA). Para las personas que asistan presencialmente, al finalizar se abrirá un espacio de networking. Thursday, March 10, 2022 - 12:15On behalf of the organizing committee, we have the pleasure to invite you to join us at the upcoming 8th Latin American Symposium on Coordination and Organometallic Chemistry (8° SIMPOSIO LATINOAMERICANO DE QUIMICA DE COORDINACIÓN Y ORGANOMETÁLICA – SILQCOM8) to be held ONLINE on March 10-11th, 2022. Since the first edition in Bogotá in 2007, this symposium has been held biannually in Latin America and displays an international profile. The relaxed atmosphere and the pleasant venue of the meeting favor the exchange of information and ideas for potential research collaborations. Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic situation this 8th SILQCOM meeting will be online. As in previous editions, the 8th Latin American Symposium on Coordination and Organometallic Chemistry will cover areas like synthesis and applications of coordination and organometallic complexes, bioinorganic chemistry, catalysis, and organic and inorganic materials (eg, nanoparticles, MOF's, coordination polymers, etc).
