Biography: 
Dr. Sungjun Kim is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at Dongguk University, Seoul, Korea. He received his B.S. in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Hanyang University in 2011, and his M.S. (2013) and Ph.D. (2017) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Seoul National University. From 2017 to 2018, he worked as a Senior Researcher at Samsung Electronics Semiconductor Research Center, where he contributed to 3D XPoint process development. He then joined Chungbuk National University as an Assistant Professor (2018–2020) before moving to Dongguk University, where he was promoted to Associate Professor in 2022. His research focuses on emerging memory devices such as memristors, ferroelectric transistors, and RRAM, with applications in neuromorphic computing, in-memory processing, and AI hardware. Dr. Kim has authored numerous high-impact publications and actively collaborates with international research groups in the field of advanced semiconductor devices.
