Biography: 
Sabina Spiga is Research Director at CNR-IMM (Agrate Brianza, Italy) and her activity is focused on resistive switching memories and memristive devices for neuromorphic computing. Sabina Spiga received the Degree in Physics from the University of Bologna in 1995 and the PhD in Material Science in 2002 from University of Milano, Italy. S. Spiga is a co-author of more than 130 publications in peer- reviewed journals, books and proceedings; and she is member of the executive editorial board of the J. Phys D: Applied Physics, and associate editor of Frontiers/ Neuromorphic Engineering. She is/has been the PI of several national and international EU projects including Neuram 3 , Neurotech (“Neuromorphic Technology” https://neurotechai.eu/) and MeM-Scales (Memory technologies with multi-scale time constants for neuromorphic architectures - https://memscales.eu/). Sabina Spiga has been/is member of scientific and/or organizing committee of international workshop and conferences including IEDM (Memory Technology Committee 2019-2020), IRPS (Neuromorphic Computing Reliability subcommittee​ 2020-2023), CIMTEC, MEMRISYS (steering committee member and co-chair of 2023 edition), EMRS.
