Bio and research interests
Naresh Kumar Pendyala is a chemist (in 2017, Naresh received his Ph.D degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad. Currently he is working as a "Maria Zambrano postdoctoral researcher" at Jaume I University: since Feb 2023). His previous postdoctoral experiences are from China (FJIRSM, State Key Laboratory, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS): 2018 & 2019) and Israel (The Institute of Chemistry, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem: Feb 2020- Sept 2023). His experience is over semiconductor devices, especially photovoltaic devices such as solar cells (inorganic quantum dot-based solar cells and organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite thin-film based solar cells), field effect transistors, chemiresistive gas-sensors. To date, He has more than five years of postdoctoral research experience and published 24 articles in international journals including J. Mater. Chem. A., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Solar RRL, etc, and filed a patent on inkjet printing-based semitransparent perovskite solar cells. He also received several awards, research grants, and postdoctoral named fellowships from China, Israel, and Spain. His current research focuses on perovskite material-based memristors at INAM with Juan Bisquert and Antonio.
