You are invited to participate in the International Conference on Impedance Spectroscopy and Related Techniques in Metal Halide Perovskites (PERIMPED). It will take place from 6th to 7th October, at 08:00 UTC (10:00 CEST-Berlin-Paris). The advances of perovskite solar cell require the understanding of materials and devices by characterization techniques. In this online conference we analyze properties of perovskite solar cells and optoelectronic devices using time and frequency domain methods. The most widely used technique and the focus of the conference is on the method of Impedance Spectroscopy, that opens a set of problems of method and interpretation. Some of these problems are: - the basic interpretation of equivalent circuit models applied to perovskite solar cells; - the physical factors influencing the response such as ionic motion and recombination; - the low frequency capacitance; - the interpretation of negative capacitance; - the low frequency noise and the stability and reproducibility of response; - the measurement of defect levels; - the measurement of doping levels. The physical characterization of perovskite materials and devices also uses related techniques that will be of interest in this conference, insofar as they have a relation with Impedance Spectroscopy, such as the Intensity Modulated Photocurrent Spectroscopy (IMPS) and time transient methods as TAS and photovoltage decays. We will discuss problems of measurements, mechanistic behaviors, and models used to describe the physical responses.
