Summary/Abstract:
This project aims at dealing with the most promising HPs materials and device's architectures, according to precedents in literature and to our own expertise in the field, with the aim of bringing PLEDs a step further to lay the foundations towards making this technology approach an eventual market application on light-emitting devices. To do so, we plan to apply our purification method that has been developed for the CsPbBr3 NCs. It is worth mentioning that this purification procedure is applicable to any colloidal dispersion, compatible with Pb and/or Pbfree-HP materials, either obtained from hot-injection, microwave assisted or any other synthetic protocol. To increase the TRL of our technology, we plan to exploit inkjet printing as industrial friendly deposition technique for the deposition of the light-emitting materials with the aim of fabricating devices based on a scalable technique with spatial resolution. Moreover we will produce a prototype of an array of LED pixels (single or multiple color) integrated in a single device, whose pixels can be controlled individually.
