Terms and Conditions for Visitors
Submission of this document implies aceptance of the following conditions:
We only accept visiting research students for a period of 6 months or larger, rather exceptionally for only 3 months. Visiting researchers at Institute of Advanced Materials (INAM) accept to develop a workplan that will be assigned on arrival by the Principal Research Scientist. In experimental work, visitors must obey the rules of the labs, especially the safety and security issues, they must communicate to Principal Research Scientist any special physical condition (illness, pregnancy...)
Working time for long term visitors:
Visitors will have a schedule of work of 8 daily hours, which will be from 9 to 13 h plus 4 hours of choice. Every visitor will have a weekly schedule that will be communicated to the Principal Research Scientist and will be visible at his/her job place. Holyday days will be common to the rest of group members. Any absence of the work for well-taken motives (illness, family circumstances, etc.) must be communicated to Principal Research Scientist with the largest possible advance.
Visiting researchers will have to present a final report on the accomplished activities during their stay with the group, and they must present a seminar with the main results of the research. Please send the report within 1 month of leaving.
